The Faculty of Engineering Graduate Research Symposium is a student-run annual event that is held on the University of Alberta campus June 27-28, 2017.  It is a conference aimed at students within the faculty and other engineering schools to present their research to other students in an academic setting.

This year's event will be informative and exciting!  With five valuable professional development workshops and two high-profile keynote speakers.  More than 600 attendees are expected.  Graduate students from all the departments will present more that 110 abstracts in moderated oral and poster presentation sessions.

This symposium is organized by an inter-departmental committee with representatives from Biomedical Engineering, Chemical and Materials Engineering, Civil and Environment Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
